If you are a victim of a crime that happened inside one of the New York City’s housing developments (aka, NYCHA), then you can file a police report in the NYPD PSA that covers that particular NYCHA development.
Look here to find out which NYPD Police Service Area (PSA) covers that NYCHA building/ development/ area where incident.
Once you know, go to that PSA to report it. Steps you may follow like here. Again, this only recommended for past incidents. For any in progress, active, or emergency, call 911.
