If an incident [criminal] happened while you were in the NYC waterways, for example, on a boat or ferry, you may report it to the precinct that covers the pier where boat or ferry is returned and docked. Once the boat or ferry is docked at the pier, find out the pier address. Then, look up here for the precinct that covers the pier and look here for precinct address and phone numbers. Once you have the address, you can visit the precinct to make a report. Remember as always, if it’s an emergency or active incident, call 911.
